How to use the Stretch Mark Prevention Program products?
As of the 1st trimester, it is important to start using the 1st Stretch Mark Cream daily, morning and evening. Apply this cream generously and massage it into all the areas at risk: the stomach, chest, lower back, buttocks and thighs.
the 2nd trimester onwards, apply the 1st Stretch Mark Treatment Cream every morning to all areas prone to stretch marks. Your belly is starting to round out... it's time to apply an oil to improve the elasticity of your skin and also to reduce the feeling of itching. Every evening, warm the Generous Soothing Oil in the palm of your hands and massage it into the same areas.
From the 3rd trimester onwards, mix a dab of Stretch Mark Cream 1st Aid and a few drops of Generous Soothing Oil in the palm of your hand. Then, apply this mixture to all the areas at risk. Use them daily, morning and evening.
After giving birth, continue to apply the Stretch Mark Cream for a few more weeks.
