Refund policy

Within (14) fourteen days of receipt of your order, you may request the return of your order.

To do so, send us an e-mail to contact@teane.com or use the contact form on the website. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible. As soon as you have received our confirmation by e-mail, you can return your products to us at your expense, in their original packaging, strictly in their original condition, new and unopened, to the following address:

If the above conditions are met, we will refund your order as soon as possible. We only refund products. You are responsible for shipping and return costs.

If you do not pick up your order at the relay point within the specified time and the parcel is returned to us, we will deduct from your refund the sum of €2.99, corresponding to the cost of shipping via Mondial Relay.

In the event of a parcel not being received but indicated as "delivered" in the shipper's tracking system, no refund will be made. Only one parcel may be returned after examination and receipt of a sworn statement of non-receipt accompanied by proof of identity. The delivery of the second parcel will only be carried out with the Mondial Relay carrier to ensure correct delivery.
