General terms and conditions of sale
1. Definitions and acceptance of the general conditions
The merchant site www.teane.com is published by SAS Laboratoires Téane whose head office is located at 23 Boulevard Rocheplatte 45000 Orléans, registered in the Orléans Trade and Companies Register with capital of €29,395 under number RCS 518 436 803. The Site allows Laboratoires Téane to offer cosmetic and dietary products and accessories for sale to Internet users browsing the Site.
The Buyer, prior to placing his order, declares that he has full legal capacity, allowing him to commit to these general conditions of sale.
Any order for a Product offered on the Site requires consultation and express acceptance of these general conditions of sale, without however this acceptance being conditioned by a handwritten signature on the part of the User. In accordance with the provisions of articles 1316 to 1316-4 of the Civil Code, supplemented by Decree No. 2001-272 of March 30, 2001, taken for the application of article 1316-4 of the civil code and relating to electronic signature, Please note that validation of the purchase order constitutes an electronic signature which has, between the Parties, the same value as a handwritten signature.

2. Purpose of the site

3. Price

4. Payment
Payment must be made when ordering by the Buyer. At no time can the sums paid be considered as deposits or deposits.
All orders are payable in euros. The Buyer guarantees Laboratoires Téane that he has the necessary authorizations to use the payment method he has chosen, when registering the order form.
Laboratoires Téane reserve the right to suspend or cancel any order and/or delivery, whatever its nature and level of execution, in the event of non-payment of any sum which may be due by the Buyer, in the event of payment incident or in the event of an existing dispute with the Buyer.
Penalties of an amount equal to the legal interest rate increased by five points are automatically applicable to unpaid amounts after a period of ten days following the invoice date or upon notification of bank payment rejection for any other means of payment. Delivery of any new order may be suspended in the event of late payment for a previous order, notwithstanding the provisions hereof.
For any payment, Laboratoires Téane reserves the right to request a photocopy of the Buyer's identity card and, where applicable, that of the holder of the means of payment used by the Buyer.
As part of the fight against Internet fraud, information relating to your order may be transmitted to any third party for verification.
To pay for their order, the Buyer has the following payment methods: Carte Bleue, Visa and Master Card.
Payments can be made by credit card; they will be made using the secure SP+ Paiement system (online payment tool provided by Caisse d'Epargne). It uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and no third party can read it during transport on the network.
In the event of payment by credit card, the buyer's account will be debited on the day of the order.
5. Choice of products

7. Delivery and reception
7.1. General rules
The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer on the order form, a destination which must be consistent with the geographical area previously agreed.
By default, invoices are sent to the email address indicated by the Customer during registration.
Failure to comply with the procedures set out below will result in no claim from the Buyer being accepted.
7.2 Order preparation times
Any order confirmed before 12 p.m. during the week (excluding public holidays) is generally prepared and delivered to the carrier within a maximum of 48 hours.
And any order confirmed between Friday 12 p.m. and Sunday evening is generally processed the following Monday (except public holidays).
These deadlines are only valid for orders that do not include a pre-sale product. Otherwise, the deadline is mentioned on the product sheet of the pre-sale product and in the basket.

7.4. Transport times
The average transport time observed is 48 working hours for mainland France. These deadlines are provided for information only. Any possible excess cannot give rise to damages, deduction or cancellation of the order by the Buyer.
In any event, and in accordance with the provisions of article L. 121-20-3 of the Consumer Code, the products ordered will be delivered within a maximum period of thirty days from the day following that on which the Buyer registered your order, subject to full payment of the price.
If there is no delivery at the end of this period, the Buyer will have the option of canceling his order. The sums paid by the Buyer will then be returned to him without delay, to the exclusion of any other compensation.

The Buyer is required to check, in the presence of the post office employee or delivery person, the condition of the packaging of the goods and its contents upon delivery.
In the event that the Buyer has any doubt of any nature whatsoever about the condition or contents of his package, he is required:
- to apply the reporting procedure in connection with the chosen carrier and to refuse the goods by immediately issuing a report of an anomaly to the selected carrier.
- to report these incidents within 48 hours to the Téane laboratories at contact @teane.com, specifying the order number.
In the event of a package declared by you as not received but indicated as "delivered" in the sender's tracking, no refund will be made. Only a package can be returned after examination and receipt of a sworn certificate of unreceived package accompanied by an identity document. Delivery of the second package will only be made with the carrier Mondial Relay to ensure proper delivery.
8. Billing and complaints
An invoice is established for each order and is available and printable from the customer account. In addition, the weight of the package appearing on the postal label serves as a reference for possible disputes concerning a missing product. If the weight appearing on the package does not conform to the weight recorded by all the products contained in the package, the customer is invited to make a complaint to us by email to or by post by sending us a copy of his Invoice.

9. Reservation of title
Téane laboratories retain full ownership of the products sold until full payment of the price, in principal, fees and taxes included.
10. Liability
Téane laboratories cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract in the event of stock shortage or unavailability of the product due to a case of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, particularly of postal services and means of transport. and/or communications.
11. Computing and Freedoms

12. Return conditions
Within (14) fourteen days of receipt of your order, you may ask us to return your order.

If the above elements are respected, we will refund your order as soon as possible. We only refund products. Shipping costs and return costs are your responsibility.
Return of deliveries to a relay point: If you do not collect your order from the relay point within the allotted time and the package is returned to us, we will deduct €2.99 from your refund corresponding to the delivery costs sent via Mondial Relay.

13. Warranty
